Welcome to SampleLake. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. SampleLake operates as a marketplace for synthetic data, AI prompts, and research materials.

2. Role of the Platform

SampleLake acts as a facilitator for transactions between Sellers and Buyers. We are not the creators of the data listed by third-party sellers. Sellers retain ownership and liability for the content they upload.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users must not upload, sell, or distribute:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of real individuals.
• Copyrighted material without authorization.
• Malicious code, deepfakes, or harmful content.
